To use, clip to side of pan, ensuring the tip is well below the level of the contents.

Optimum temperature for deep fat frying is reached when thermometer readsbetween 350°F and 370°F (176°C-187°C).

Optimum temperature for jam and preserve making if reached when thermometer reads around 219°F (104°C).

Temperature ranges: 77°F to 400°F (25°C to 205°C)

Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher.
